Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 September 2026

These terms apply to the RPad apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac ("RPad") and to this website. By downloading or using RPad you agree to them.

1. Licence

RPad is licensed, not sold, to you through Apple's App Store. Your use of RPad is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), together with these terms. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails.

2. Purchases and refunds

RPad is purchased through the App Store, and Apple handles payment, taxes and refunds. One purchase includes RPad for iPhone, iPad and Mac with the same Apple Account. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

3. Acceptable use

4. Your devices and security

RPad lets a paired device control your Mac, including typing text. Keep your devices locked when you're not using them, pair only devices you trust, and remove devices you no longer use from RPad's menu on your Mac.

5. Availability and updates

RPad requires compatible Apple devices on the same local network. Some networks (for example public or corporate Wi‑Fi) may block the connection between devices. We may update RPad to add features, fix issues or keep it compatible with new operating system versions.

6. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, RPad is provided "as is". We work hard to make RPad reliable and secure, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of RPad. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for RPad. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date at the top.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

10. Contact and legal notice
