Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms apply to the RPad apps for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac, Windows, Linux and Android ("RPad") and to this website. By downloading or using RPad you agree to them.

1. Licence

The RPad apps for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac are licensed, not sold, to you through Apple's App Store. Your use of them is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), together with these terms. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails.

RPad for Windows and RPad for Linux are licensed, not sold, to you with a personal RPad for PC licence key (see section 2). RPad for Android is distributed through Google Play, and the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to it.

2. Purchases and refunds

The apps for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac are purchased through the App Store, and Apple handles payment, taxes and refunds. One purchase includes RPad for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac with the same Apple Account. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

RPad for PC (RPad for Windows and RPad for Linux) is sold on rpad.app/windows and rpad.app/linux, with payment processed by Stripe. It works free for 7 days; after that, a one-time purchase gives you a personal licence key that works in both RPad for Windows and RPad for Linux. You may use it on every PC you own, but don't share or publish it. RPad for Linux is a beta and may have limitations. Within 14 days of purchase you can get a refund by e-mailing nurhakaltin@gmail.com with your receipt. The App Store purchase doesn't include RPad for PC, and the RPad for PC licence doesn't include the phone and tablet apps.

RPad for Android is a free download on Google Play that works free for 7 days; after that, RPad Pro is a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play, and Google handles payment, taxes and refunds under its policies. The Android purchase doesn't include the App Store apps or RPad for PC.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

3. Acceptable use

4. Your devices and security

RPad lets a paired device control your Mac or PC, including typing text. Keep your devices locked when you're not using them, pair only devices you trust, and remove devices you no longer use from RPad on your Mac or PC.

5. Availability and updates

RPad requires compatible devices on the same local network. Some networks (for example public or corporate Wi‑Fi) may block the connection between devices. We may update RPad to add features, fix issues or keep it compatible with new operating system versions.

6. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, RPad is provided "as is". We work hard to make RPad reliable and secure, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of RPad. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for RPad. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date at the top.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
